Sofija Uhanova Arts aims to ensure that customers are satisfied with their artwork purchases. Because each piece of artwork is original and carefully prepared for shipment, refunds and returns are handled according to the policy below.

Payments made through this website are processed securely through Wix’s payment system and associated payment providers. Payment processing security and fraud protection are handled by Wix and its authorised payment partners.

Damaged Artwork

If an artwork arrives damaged during delivery, customers must contact Sofija Uhanova Arts within 48 hours of receiving the item.

To report damage, customers should:

  • send an email with a description of the issue

  • include photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging

Once the issue has been reviewed, a refund or replacement may be offered where appropriate. 

Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are not accepted simply for a change of mind.

Customers are encouraged to review artwork images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before making a purchase.

If a return is approved due to damage or a confirmed issue with the artwork, return instructions will be provided.

Commissioned Artwork and Refund Processing

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable because they are created specifically for the client. Once work on a commissioned piece has begun, it cannot be returned or refunded unless otherwise agreed directly between the artist and the client. If a refund is approved for any eligible order, it will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are issued through the Wix payment system and may take several business days to appear depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
