Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on this website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £). Payment must be completed before artwork is dispatched and orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the buyer upon dispatch, however copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the artist, Sofija Uhanova. Artwork images are for display purposes and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Commission requests may be submitted through the website and are subject to agreement between the artist and the client. Shipping and returns are subject to the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy available on this website. Sofija Uhanova Arts is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services, and nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.
